2.Add the broth, soup, garlic powder and onion powder and heat to a boil. Stir in the penne and frozen peppers and onions. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes or until the penne is tender and the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cheese and the sausage and stir until the cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
